Exchange policy

  • If the product does not meet your expectations in regards to size, pattern, shade, work, print etc. We will be happy to exchange the product for you as long as it meets the conditions.

Returns Policy

  • In case of wrong product received, a customer is entitled to fully refund which is applicable only when customer provides unboxing video within 72 hours of delivery.
  • In case of complete refund you will receive a coupon code which can be used single time to make any purchase from the store of similar value within 3 days.
  • Apart from the conditions specified herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement: If the request for a return or exchange is made after 72 hours of receiving the shipment, the request will be denied.

Cancellation Policy
